Nice small ice cream place. The ice cream was good, but employees need to write down what people want. The final product was falling over cup and not very presentable.

My family and I love their soft serve! They are generous with their ice cream portions🍦I loved that they had their flavor of the month. The soft serve strawberry was the best! I wish they would keep that flavor on the menu at all times! 😛

Large variety of ice cream flavors. Milkshakes are thick. Fries are served hot. Service was fast. Seating is all outside with some shade. Parking lot is small but there is street parking too.

The food takes forever. They need to learn to change the fry oil. Also getting shells in the psitachio ice cream shake is NOT acceptable even WORSE is letting the manager know and being told "Well I don't make the ice cream but I'll let them know". It's called customer service and they should learn about it.

The workers there r so nice . N there brownie sundae is the best.

It was my first time visiting Scoops and it didn't disappoint! All I got was a large chocolate cone but it was delicious and HUGE.. LoL.

Quaint local little gem. Prices can't be beat. Though line can be long, it moves quickly. Everyone there is very nice. Try their dark chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream, yum! Their chicken sandwich with the Tai sweet chili sauce is also pretty good.

The strawberry soft serve is very refreshing. And their hard ice cream selection is good too.

Always a great experience here. It has been a while and I wasn't disappointed. They are friendly , clean and food is always fresh.

It's a nice location in the center of Carmel. There soft serve is pretty good but there hard serve is Hershey's or the dastardly Perry's depending upon the day. If you live locally I highly recommend it as it is comparable with a local watering hole because everyone in town goes there. If your not local its nothing special.

Ice cream shop. Hard and soft plus yogurt and some basic comfort foods, burgers and such but you don't go here for food you go het for the ice cream. It's ok, not Ben & Jerry good but on a hot night it's worth a visit. Some on site parking but plenty of street parking available

My fave go to for summer fare. The ice cream variety and toppings makes for different choices without getting boring. The food is made fresh on the grill, so I don't mind waiting. Love the soft roll sandwiches. Nice size portions. Prices are good. Always sad when the season comes to an end and it's closed for winter. Look forward to Spring opening 🙂

Delicious shakes, very very tender fried chicken (also delicious), and possibly the best fries I've ever had. They don't fry the potato out of the fry like everywhere else does where they leave just enough potato to convey the grease into your bloodstream. These are actual fried potatoes and you can taste it and that's the best.

My favorite icecream pistachio, that is the best place.

Fun neighborhood ice cream stand. Sundaes, shakes, cones, cups, all that good stuff! Sodas, burgers, dogs, fries and nachos are also available. Open during the spring into mid fall. Outdoor seating at picnic tables. Plenty of parking.

I was leaving a friends house in Carmel on a hot day and my chance glanced to my left while waiting for light to turn green and saw the words ice cream. The line was long but it was worth the wait. So many flavors to choose from. I had chocolate raspberry cone. It was so good i ate it before it could drip down the sides. They also have regular food and shakes. If in the artea well worth stopping. They are across from the volunteer fire company
